EBOS GROUP LIMITED - STRIKE PRICE FOR 2014 INTERIM DIVIDEND

Following the 20.5 cents dividend announced on 19 February 2014, EBOS Group
Ltd advises:

The Discounted Price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is NZ$9.90.

1,109,457 new fully paid shares will be issued on 4 April 2014.

The Discounted Strike Price being 97.5% of the Value Weighted Average Sale
Price (VWAP) for the 5 Trading days to 21 March 2014 inclusive.
