DRP: FRE: Changes to Freightways DRP Documentation

Freightways Limited (NZX:FRE) (Freightways) advises that it has amended the
terms of its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP). A copy of the updated
Freightways DRP Offer Document is attached and can also be viewed at
www.freightways.co.nz.

Changes to the DRP have been made to enable Freightways to comply with the
Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the Financial Markets Conduct
Regulations 2014.  Accordingly, the changes are of a minor and/or technical
nature and do not affect how the DRP operates.

Participants in the DRP do not need to take any action as a result of these
changes and their participation elections under the DRP will continue to
apply.

Eligible shareholders who wish to participate in the DRP can complete a
participation notice by downloading a copy from the Freightways website at
http://www.freightways.co.nz/html/dividend_reinvestment.html and mailing it
