DRP: GMT: Strike Price for DRP
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to
advise Unitholders that the strike price for the Distribution Reinvestment
Plan ("DRP"), inclusive of the 2% discount being offered and rounded down to
two decimal places, is 100.35 cents per unit.
This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 22 March 2012.
The DRP is being fully underwritten by Craigs Investment Partners Limited,
providing additional equity to fund new investment and development
opportunities.
The strike price for the shortfall units, under the terms of the underwrite
and inclusive of the 1.5% discount, is 100.86 cents per unit, rounded down to
two decimal places.
