DRP: IFT: Dividend Reinvestment Plan Price Determined
The share price used to calculate entitlements under the Infratil Dividend
Reinvestment Plan has been set at NZ$1.9931 per share. The share price is the
volume weighted average sale price of shares sold on the NZX in the five
business days immediately following the dividend record date of 1 June 2012.
Shares issued under the DRP will be allotted on the dividend payment date of
15 June 2012.
