DRP: NFF: Amendment to Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) Rules

We wish to advise that Clause 5.2 of the Company's DRP Rules has been amended
to read:

5.2 "To be effective for a dividend, the Notice of Election delivered to the
Share Registry in accordance with clause 5.1 must be received by the Share
Registry by no later than 5.00pm on the Business Day following the relevant
Record Date."

A copy of the DRP Rules is attached.
