DRP: OCF: Dividend Reinvestment Plan

On 23 August 2012 Origin Energy announced a final dividend of 25 cents per
share (fully franked) would be paid on 27 September 2012 to shareholders on
record at 3 September 2012.  It also announced that the DRP would be in
operation for this dividend and DRP shares would be issued at the volume
weighted average market price (VWAP) in the 10 trading days between 5
September 2012 and 18 September 2012 (both inclusive).

This notification is to advise that the DRP price is $11.78 per share.
