DRP: OCF: Origin's Dividend Reinvestment Plan to apply to interim div
As part of the announcement of its Interim Financial Results, Origin Energy
Limited (Origin) today advised that an interim fully franked dividend of 25
cents per share will be paid on 30 March 2012 to shareholders of record on 5
March 2012.
Origin's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will apply to this dividend,
however no discount will apply to the price of shares issued under the DRP
and the DRP will not be underwritten. The pricing period for the interim
dividend will be 10 trading days, starting 7 March 2012 and concluding 20
March 2012 (both inclusive).
