DRP: SKC: Updated Dividend Reinvestment Plan Documents
SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises that the SKYCITY Dividend
Reinvestment Plan Offer Document dated 25 February 2011 has been updated,
effective from today's date, to:
(a) comply with a recent change to the ASX Listing Rules which requires that
the closing date for applications to participate in a dividend reinvestment
plan must be no earlier than one business day following the record date; and
(b)meet the requirements of a new exemption for dividend reinvestment plans
under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
Copies of the updated SKYCITY Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document and
associated Participation Notice are attached. These documents will be
available from SKYCITY's website later today.
