Amended Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document

Spark New Zealand Limited has made minor amendments of an administrative
nature to its Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document. The amendments
relate to the change of the company's name from Telecom Corporation of New
Zealand Limited to Spark New Zealand Limited.

The changes are effective from 8 August 2014 and apply to all currently
participating shareholders
and to any shareholder who elects to participate in the Dividend Reinvestment
Plan in the future.

The updated Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document is attached and is also
available at
http://investors.sparknz.co.nz.
