STRIKE PRICE FOR 2012 FINAL DIVIDEND
Summerset Group Holdings Limited advises that the strike price for the
dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) operating in respect to the dividend payable
on 20 March 2013 has been set at $2.5963 per share.
This strike price will apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued
to participants who have elected to receive additional shares rather than
cash.
The strike price has been determined in accordance with the terms of the Plan
and is calculated as the volume weighted average sale price on all
price-setting trades for the five trading days to 15 March 2013.
