Dividend Reinvestment Plan Strike Price
T&G Global Limited advises that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan strike price
(referred to as 'Market Price' in the Offer Document) in respect of the
dividend payable on 4th December 2015 is 185.131809 cents.
The strike price is based on the weighted average sale price of trades in the
20 working days preceding the record date of 27th November 2015, adjusted for
the amount of the current cash dividend and discounted by 5.0%, as authorised
by the Board.
