Vital - second quarter distribution to be underwritten
Vital Healthcare Management Limited ('the Manager'), the Manager of Vital
Healthcare Property Trust ('Vital') is pleased to announce that the issue of
units under the Distribution Reinvestment Plan ('DRP') for the second quarter
distribution, to be paid on 28 March 2013, will be underwritten.
The underwriting agreement is with Forsyth Barr Group Limited ('Forsyth
Barr') and continues Vital's ongoing capital management programme providing
equity for investment and development opportunities. Forsyth Barr's
underwriting commitment, together with elections to participate received by
the record date from unitholders, will ensure that the DRP will result in the
maximum available number of units being issued. That number will be known
once the issue price is determined.
Unitholders are reminded that the DRP remains available to unitholders for
this distribution with a 1% discount being applied when determining the issue
price. Any election to participate or amendment to participation levels for
the second quarter distribution is required to be made by 5 pm on the record
date, being Thursday 14 March 2013.
