Your all probably right , it's probably a back room deal already done . Our BOD have been promised Golden parachutes or stay on , on the gravy train. If that's the case , the Big shareholders must be better off with the transaction. Therefore a vote against the remuneration will not get through unless those Big shareholders flip on Theo and co after the deal is done. A class action would be the only deterrent if we could prove skull duggery. I am also under water with that price , so not Happy at all.
