Ann: DRX:Bidder's Statement in relation to takeover offer for MLM, page-15

Don't worry 'MalcolmD' has been active, have a look on DRX site. When I have something to say, I'll say it, I'm still reading through 111 pages of the Bidders Statement.
At this stage:
Page 4 'Ineligible Foreign Shareholders and Small Parcel Holders' seem to get a raw deal.
Page 9 'Key Metallica Shareholder support' Significantly the Flannery Family doesn't get a mention, and they are the largest.

Regarding somebodies earlier comment regarding a 'golden parachute'. Suggest you read the contract that any board member of any ASX listed company is on. STANDARD CONDITIONS STATE THAT IS THE EVENT OF A TAKEOVER, CERTAIN ENTITLEMENT ARE PAYABALE. Why, because in most cases they are out of a job !!!!!
