Page 4 'Ineligible Foreign Shareholders and Small Parcel Holders' seem to get a raw deal.
Page 9 'Key Metallica Shareholder support' Significantly the Flannery Family doesn't get a mention, and they are the largest.

Regarding somebodies earlier comment regarding a 'golden parachute'. Suggest you read the contract that any board member of any ASX listed company is on. STANDARD CONDITIONS STATE THAT IS THE EVENT OF A TAKEOVER, CERTAIN ENTITLEMENT ARE PAYABALE. Why, because in most cases they are out of a job !!!!!

Hi Malcolm.
Do you think the foreign investor exclusions on page 4 under Cyprus and Germany and Ineligible Foreign Shareholders and Small Parcel Holders have any intention to restrict Sparta AG from taking part and/or having their shares sold?

No sign of Sparta AG having signed off on this skullduggery either, which is heartening as they hold 9.6% of Metallica.
