    I also hold a 7 digit amount as well, I see no benefit in accepting the DRX offer.
    I'm also waiting to hear MLM management response. Maybe MLM should make a T/O offer for DRX. The problem with DRX is the huge number of shares on issue, this is enough to scare any sane person.
