So one cornerstone investor has given support to this miserable takeover bid and a second appears likely going by the confidence from DRX. If the MLM BOD don't support it then I would say they would be toast as they need support from their major shareholders. But if they do support it then they should be tarred and feathered in my opinion. So it would appear they are basically knackered to stop this bid. But the BOD will be ok as they exit with golden parachutes most likely.
So it would appear that the only hope for shareholders is that the cornerstone investors withdraw their support for the bid or increase the bid and preferably to a full cash offer or a white knight saves the day to block it.
Anyway why don't you, if you can, explain why you think this is not a big pile of poop! Can only hear crickets so far
