Major Shareholders have decided what they want to do:
DRX to live, MLM to be sacrificed in order for DRX to get to production or be taken over by our nextdoor neighbor.
If we get a better offer, we would get more DRX shares as part of the buyout and, down the track, we shall be rewarded.
This is the big picture IMO.
The rest are details I won't speculate on.
