Been a holder here probably over 15 years Metallica has never achieved anything material in that time for shareholders I thought this silica project was finally going to be the one. If this is a real takeover I want the option of cash above 3c not shares in another company I already know if this TO goes ahead we will trade well under today's equivalent SP in the near term. Throw in some more capital raisings along the way this is not a good deal.
By the way how much cash are we sitting on currently???
