So DRX market cap is around $80m and MLM around $20m. We don't need them but they need a logistics solution hence the low ball offer. Tell 'em they're dreamin'
You have got to feel sympathy for the DRX shareholders who have been given the impression that logistics was not a serious impediment for them. If it isn't an issue why would you lob a hostile takeover bid at Metallica. After all it's not the sand tonneage, DRX have plenty.
Perhaps they should be valued at $20mill and MLM $80mill ?
