    I ran some rough numbers on potential dividend numbers based on the November DFS.
    EBITDA - 134m
    25% tax rate, 75% payout ratio
    current SOI - 8cents per share
    assumed SOI increase 50% for funding - 5.7c per share.

    These were really rough numbers I did as a guide, so happy to take feedback....but I just don't see any value in the DRX takeover for me.
