Perhaps one small window of light in this rather dark (and dirty?) take-over is thar Diatreme is going to gain a batch of new shareholders who have demonstrated that they are active in looking after small shareholder interests?????
Existing small holders in Diatreme may also need to keep an eye over their shoulder and try to make sure that there is no repeat of what happened to Metallica small shareholders.
