While i understand your concern on an illiquid stock, with DRX only able to get 55% of the SOI theres still a lot of shares available on market for MLM. I dont think it applies here unless DRX get a lot more small shareholders on board. And given that all small MLM shareholders are getting screw3d over by this, very few are keen to support it.
