    Firstly, it would not be a "CRX" Board - it would be a MLM Board

    Secondly, can you not foresee that every decision will be scrutinised and challenged in respect to conflicts of interests favouring DRX shareholders ?

    The risk is the ongoing sh*tfight going forward and wasted costs and progress for both entities. Totally different to the Solly Lew scenario FWIW.
