Most constitutions in Australia require incoming directors to be voted on at the AGM or any special meeting constituted for this purpose. DRX can compel (in corps law) MLM to call a special meeting to replace all the directors of MLM with new ones.
Each shareholder gets one vote on a show of hands or a poll if demanded. Almost all, if not all, have a poll, which means each share has one vote.
Thus DRX will have 57% approximately of the votes on every resolution other than a very select few and this will not be one of those.
unfortunately anyway you look at it, and barring unforseen circumstances this is over.
