It is my understanding that DRX,Sibelco,Ilwella and the rest of us DRX holders, WILL NOT, be obligated to look/work in the best interest of the MLM holders.
Look I have nothing against you thinking that you have a right to fight. I just think you are fighting a losing battle and the whole Swanny thing is ridiculous, he’s not our CEO, Neil McIntyre is, and he is a good operator. Swanny is just a pawn on the board, he takes f all as a wage and if anything is a helpful pawn for approvals and is an advocate for benefiting the traditional holders.
From what I’m learning, DRX, if you guys don’t agree, can basically just slowly cause you guys to slowly conform, or maybe even get you guys to end up with nothing if an attempt to split the asset off is attempted.
I cannot stress enough that everyone here will make more money as one entity!!!!!
