I don't know why anyone drx or mlm are supporting this.

The only winner will be Sibelco.

Not the Flannerys or any other large shareholder.

Sibelco don't just want the takeover. Sibelco want all of the silica sand project and will squeeze out everyone including the Flannerys.

Their strategy will probably be: Become a major share holder, then become a major creditor, then send project bankrupt, and then as creditor buy it up for a bargain basement price. I have seen similar strategies.

Small shareholders will be crushed, Flanerys will be crushed.
