Lets recap.
1: DRX can now change the whole board of MLM.
2. The MLM shareholders can hold on indefinitely but they cannot get a better offer once DRX has stated they will not increase the offer.
3. The MLM shareholders can sue and create expenses that will be borne by MLM and make their company poorer.
4. MLM will have a rights issue and the MLM shareholders need to follow their rights otherwise DRX will own a larger percentage.
5. Everything that MLM now does and the MLM action group now does will make MLM poorer and depress the value of both companies.
I can't see how MLM can win this and there is no-one who will overturn this transaction now.
