Yes, and that is how it is. Ship has sailed. Good luck unless someone can find a way to reduce DRX’s controlling shareholding.
But, at least now DRX don’t get to compulsorily acquire MLM easy, they will have to bide their time over the next few years and raise capital to dilute the small shareholders away.
