Bottom line is that their won't be a compulsory acquisition threshold reached so MLM will continue to exist for a long time yet.

Directors of MLM will be required to act in the best interests of all shareholders and you can bet that the SSAG will be ensuring that happens. Repercussions are not limited to MLM the Company but the individual Directors will be in the gun as well.

And do you guys honestly believe DRX (with Sibelco pulling the strings) won't screw you as well ?

What a fiasco brought about by Diatremes Board from breaching the Standstill Agreement to the lackluster acceptance of a crap offer.And have a look at what it's done to both our share prices.........pathetic !
