Surely the bidder's statement released to the market on 28/03/2024 wasn't the "formal" issuing of the document.

From the first page "The Offer is dated [•] 2024 and will close at 7:00pm Sydney time on [•] 2024, unless extended"

OK so they have nailed it down to sometime in 2024?
