Yeah they need to up their offer. It's still a no from me (about 2m shares between my husband & I). 1.33 DRX shares, which are almost certainly going to get consolidated in the new couple of years... imma need to see some more on the table.
Shareholders in DRX don't seem to be too impressed with their management team either, which doesn't look good.
