I agree, DRX mum and dad shareholders don't seem happy with DRX management.
When you look at DRX's ASX announcements on 27th March 2024 where they seemed to go to great lengths to reassure the market that 'Ilwella and Sibelco did not participate in the formulation of the terms of the Takeover Bid and did not otherwise exert, or seek to exert influence over the the terms of the Takeover Bid' seem to me (IMO) completely overboard in deniability. Can you imagine Sibelco with $30 million plus in DRX being kept in the dark and not being given the opportunity for input or wanting to give an opinion on a TO bid.
Bit like Dracula not being interest in the blood bank.
And then we have DRX announcement on 17th April 2024. If I wasn't confused before, I am now. Can somebody explain to me in plain English. Has there been a query from the ASX that has resulted in this?
