Unfortunately 2/3 of MLMs substantial shareholders are also DRX's. DRX has a bit of a stranded asset situation, and MLM and our jetty is the solution to that. It means if our substantial shareholders want their DRX holdings to make money, they need this to go ahead. They still win. It's just us smaller MLM shareholders that will lose.
i don't like the deal and don't want it to go ahead, but I'm not sure it can be stopped.
