Maybe we need a shareholder vote, be it official or shareholder convened, to present to the takeover board to show we are not interested in being taken over.

Anyhoo will be interesting how they word the reasons to take over the company in the application to the takeover board.
Surely reality would be laughed out of court, so to speak.

Surely the TO Board would see this as unacceptable circumstances not only for Metallica's holders but also the (smaller) DRX shareholders.
