    Really?...so why globe-trotting for 'top-up' funding?...of which appeared only 'interested' for Stage 2...why haven't Chinese stepped up if graphite is the real deal and short supply coming soon?...
    The whole thing just doesn't 'gel' right now...and SP suggests the market feels the same way
