I suggest you have another listen to TM's recent interview....he was 'pretty confident' of raising enough...however, still found the need to visit UK & USA enroute to east Africa in 'search' of top-up funding if full amount not raised....this is a little odd if Exotix and Co have been working on securing funding since February ...don't you think?
