Inventory levels were high at the end of 1HFY22 in anticipation of further supply chain disruptions.

I have been observing several stores in Sydney and Melbourne over the past few weeks as well as speaking to staff members. Foot traffic and sales are very fluid, and it is pretty easy to deduce from ATVs, average costs per store etc that they are all profitable, even on an hourly basis during quiet times of the week.

Customer demographics also seem to be the types that will be relatively cost inelastic and not prone to cost of living increases.

Margins are great and the dusk brand also seems very well established as a premium product.

DYOR and modelling, but I am very comfortable continuing to add at these prices based on my modelling and observations.
