Result looks good considering wind down in activity due to covid and the fact that the SP is near it's all time lows. What I can't get my head around is why the EPS are 21c and they dividend payout is only 8c. That's less than a 40% dividend payout ratio. Anyone have insight or explanation of the low dividend payout ratio? All I can think is they might not make a profit in the next half so keeping cash to be safe but this doesn't make much sense. 1H is always stronger for retailers vs 2H and NPAT if the Dec half is significantly higher than the June half but the difference isn't so extreme that they make a loss.
