Another positive that I would see is that there doesn't seem to be many issues with Dusk internally (apart from needing to find a new CEO) in terms of what they can actually reasonably control. They've been hit by external factors which are effecting everyone and there's really no obvious ways management could have dealt with escalating wages and general inflation much differently.
