Thanks. I've just listened to the podcast. A couple of take-homes in addition to waht has already been mentioned:
Staff cost savings being achieved through sales staff rostering discipline, not through cutbacks in product development.
Management are happy with the sales run rate to date in 2nd half.
However, reading between the lines, the NZ stores are not yet profitable (direct question from shareholder was evaded).
All IMO.
