the recording discussions on buy backs they would have to borrow money to make significant buy backs? they don't really need to use much of the cash to take a chunk off the market at this stage. I'd rather scrap the divvy and reduce outstanding shares at this stage. also seemed defensive over reporting on New Zealand stores which seemed odd a lot of internationals have segmental reporting I know it's only 5 stores at this stage but would be good to see international appetite. was very impressed with some private investor questions
