I simply reject the notion that borrowing funds is required to buy back shares. Just $150,000 is a tonne of shares (given the float) and bugger all in terms of the cash available. Do that every so often or even yearly and there will be an offset of the options and, hopefully, a positive impact on the share price. If I am available for the full year results conference I will be asking at what price will buy backs be contemplated (obviously assuming fundamentals are similar and share price is about the same).
