    they should stop paying dividend. Use that money to either grow or save for a rainy day. But that would piss off alot of investors in the short term. This is when if you have a founder led company, they wouldn't give a toss, but if you just have a ceo who came in wanting their pay check, and profit from stock incentives, they want money in their pocket in the short term.
