All I'm pointing out is that it is the same product between aGVHD, Covid-19 and Temcell - hence, the batch to batch consistency applies to all.
Now stem cell is not a drug, so we can't really discuss the active ingredient - I'll leave that with @dolcevita
The FDA did not discuss this, they've raised issues regarding the MOA, so my question still stand - do the FDA completely the MOA of all the drugs that they have approved?
