I am expecting that we get the next announcement for the 45% analysis within 20 days.
In a previous announcement MSB suggested the first 30% would meet primary end point in August. They also said they expect the full 300 to be recruited by end of September. So using the two worst case dates Ill assume August 1 was 30 % primary end point met, and 30 September was projected recruitment of all 300 patients. Working back we get the 90th person dosed on or around 1 July.
This means they were forecasting 210 people to be recruited within 90 days. An avg of 2.3 people per day. Note I have taken to longest date range to work off the lowest recruitment rate.
For us to recruit an extra 45 people that would take 19.5 days.
So if the DSMB take the same amount of time to analyse the next set of data I would say we have a max 3 week wait to the next read out announcement.
I am expecting that we get the next announcement for the 45%...
