That is absolutely correct. Building was slowed, however I believe from the presentation I attended all parts etc. are on site. They have all the ore ready to go as soon as DSO is approved (immediate cash flow) and as we know a few mines ready for purchase (already done due diligence). Once we have the first 2 smelters up and running by the end of the year Hamish mentioned he is looking to expand to the next 2 very quickly. They will not be 2nd hand like the first two and we should not have the same delays we had with them.
This will move very quickly once it does as I believe a lot of work is going on behind the scenes.
