Ann: DTC Election process, page-105

I submitted the DTC form in early Oct.
So even though CBR was asking for me to clarify some information on the form, the DTC was accepted by Computershare.
I am assuming that is why I did not get an email from them.
I did a DWAC and used CREV to search.
Then just inserted the shares I am entitled too and it came through - no other docs were asked for.
