Tried speaking to a representative from computer share this morning but not much help. She was saying the letter of transmission should be sent by mail but she then couldn't answer why the one (By email) I got intimately on the 7th of November worked but then doesn't work now.
She said I will get contacted in 2/3 business days with an update on the issue.
Anyone else tried calling?
