    Has anyone managed to successfully do a DWAC yet and get their CREV shares to trade? Interactivebrokers does not recognise the CUSIP. Despite doing the DTC election I got the emails from computershare which gave me access to someone else’s holdings too, so not sure if my DTC election was valid, but can’t submit a DWAC anyway.
